Introduction
The Tireless Reveler feat provides exactly one feature: you regain Heroic Inspiration when a nearby ally spends Heroic Inspiration. This provides an easy way to regain Heroic Inspiration a few times per day, making it an easily-replenished resource.
Tireless Reveler is available from the Carouser background published in Astarion’s Book of Hungers.
The Feature That They Didn’t Name
The rules for Heroic Inspiration allow you to give it away if you gain Heroic Inspiration when you already have it, but Tireless Reveler only works if you don’t already have Heroic Inspiration. To get the most out of the feat, pay attention to who in party does or doesn’t have Heroic Inspiration at any given time; Tireless Reveler is most useful when you are the only one in the party who doesn’t have Heroic Inspiration, but don’t let that push to spend Heroic Inspiration on any random dice roll. It’s still a powerful, precious resource.
In a party where two characters have this feat, they can pass Heroic Inspiration back and forth. You still only get to use this PB times per Long Rest, but that’s still a lot.
