The Rogue is incredibly satisfying to play. Lots of buttons to push, simple but satisfying tactics, plenty of skills, good damage output, and generally easy to play. But even with that ease of access, there is still a lot of room for optimization and mastery.
Also, the rogue companion is a fun vampire, and everybody loves a mischievious, stabby rogue.
