Do you like to cast spells? Do you also like to use weapons? Do you want to cast spells through your weapons? You’re not alone, and you’re not without option: The Magus exists, and it’s really cool.
The Magus is a complex class to play to maximum effectiveness due a strenuous action economy and a unique spell slot progression. The class is further complicated by some clear errors in the initial printing of Secrets of Magic, and we have yet to receive errata to correct these issues. Even so, the class is very cool and I’d be very excited to play one.
